Perform the final integration, documentation, and human verification steps required to ship the plugin.

Acceptance Criteria

Plugin is listed in the official DMS plugin registry (or a clear README.md with install instructions exists)
A short demo GIF or screenshot is attached to the parent PRD issue
All eight user stories from the PRD can be performed end-to-end on a real tailnet
No remaining TODO or console.log statements in the code
dms ipc call plugins reload tailscale works cleanly after any code change

Notes

This is the final human-in-the-loop verification slice. After this issue is closed the plugin is considered production-ready.

@vybe: Note, when you get to this one, let's not publish to DMS plugin registry. Yet. Just polish the packaging, include screenshots, et cetera.
